1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the roalbd platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered members who hold an active account. roalbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, and the effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of the roalbd platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. roalbd will not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are the governing language for all disputes, interpretations, and interactions between you and roalbd. Any translation of these Terms into any other language is provided for convenience only and holds no legal weight.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of roalbd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. roalbd operates as an international online gaming platform and makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing roalbd.net, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms;
• You have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy;
• You are not prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on roalbd, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age;
• You must be a human individual — corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted;
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration;
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on roalbd or any linked platform;
• You must not hold more than one active account on the roalbd platform.

2.1 Age Verification

roalbd enforces age verification as part of its account registration and compliance process. At any point, roalbd may request documentary evidence of age and identity from any account holder. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is completed.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on roalbd. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same personal details, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If roalbd identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual may be closed and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when creating your roalbd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's identity at any point during registration or while the account is active.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your roalbd account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. roalbd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was performed by you or by an unauthorised third party who gained access to your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify roalbd support immediately at [email protected]. roalbd will investigate and, where necessary, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

roalbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention standards. You may be required to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle — including before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID;
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months;
• Proof of Payment: Screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account linked to the registered mobile number.

roalbd reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful completion of the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will only be released to accounts where identity has been fully verified.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

roalbd supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds as convenient as possible for players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as select bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500;
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal conditions;
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• roalbd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees;
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be returned to the original payment method subject to verification checks;
• roalbd reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible;
• Standard withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time are typically completed on the same day via bKash or Nagad;
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been completed;
• roalbd reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger our fraud detection thresholds;
• Bonus-related winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

roalbd offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the bonus-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific terms will take precedence for that offer.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who are 18 years of age or above and have a fully verified account;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• roalbd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for any bonus if it determines that abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity has occurred;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used in ways inconsistent with the stated bonus terms;
• Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Seasonal Promotions

roalbd may run seasonal promotions timed around major sporting and cultural events in Bangladesh — including BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Ramadan, and national holidays such as Victory Day (December 16) and Independence Day (March 26). All seasonal promotions are subject to separate offer terms published at the time of the promotion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using roalbd, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the roalbd platform:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion, or to claim bonuses more than once;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using automated tools to place bets, coordinating with other accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, or exploiting promotional terms in ways that were not intended;
• Colluding with other players in any live casino or poker format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, AI betting tools, or any other unauthorised third-party software to interact with roalbd;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise misappropriate any content, software, or data from roalbd;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the platform or other players' experience.

roalbd actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, and any funds, bonuses, or winnings associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited. roalbd reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal conduct to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

roalbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, poses a fraud risk, or if required to do so for legal or compliance reasons.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your roalbd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will process account closure requests promptly. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to all applicable verification requirements being met.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling may be causing harm may request a voluntary self-exclusion, which will suspend account access for a minimum period of six months or permanently, at the player's choice. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. roalbd may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once this threshold is reached, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 24 months or more may be permanently closed.

8. Limitation of Liability

roalbd provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• The results of any bet or game will meet your expectations;
• Any particular game, market, or betting option will be available at any given time;
• Technical issues — including but not limited to server failures, internet disruptions, or third-party software errors — will not affect gameplay or transaction processing.

8.1 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, roalbd's total liability to you for any single claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your roalbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. roalbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the roalbd platform.

8.2 Force Majeure

roalbd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond roalbd's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or any other event classified as force majeure.

8.3 Third-Party Games and Providers

roalbd hosts games provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games are governed by their own fairness and RNG certification. While roalbd takes reasonable steps to partner only with reputable, certified game providers, roalbd accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising directly from third-party game software. Any disputes relating to the outcome of a third-party game must be raised with roalbd support within 72 hours of the disputed event.
